Winter volunteering creates community amidst COVID-19 pandemic (video & article)

Although COVID-19 has restricted volunteering, it is no match to the Iowa City community spirit that banded together during the holiday season. While health restrictions have put a damper on in-person volunteering, people are finding new ways to come together and give back.

Known as a content creator and influencer on his social media "AceDadAdvice", Cody Daigle-Orians uses his own experiences as an asexual/homoromantic man to spread awareness of asexuality and help educate the LGBTQ+ youth.
